Description
Rapid 72 hour Call out fee is for anywhere with in Northern Ireland and includes the first 60 minutes of labour on site. The 72 hours will begin from the start of the next business day, business days are Monday to Friday (e.g. call out ordered on Friday morning will be within 72 hours of Monday morning).
Additional time on site is charged at rates on website (click here to see rates) and will be due on completion of work.
Call out fee does not include any parts or accessories, these will be charged for along with any additional work.
We aim to get this call out completed within 72 hours of booking via website (if parts need to be ordered, response time will be affected).
With this service we will try to arrange a time that suits, however to help us get work completed as soon as possible we will need access to your site at all times, otherwise it may not be possible to provide response times.
Paying for call out does not Guarantee repair on day of call out as additional work or parts may be required.
