Description
The first 60 mins on site is included within the call out fee. For anytime spent on site over this period it will be charged as follows.
Extra 15mins £15
Extra 30mins £30
Extra 60mins £60
Extra 120mins £120
Extra 180mins £180
Extra 240mins £240
This will be due on completion of work
We offer a 5 minute grace period between each stage and time starts from when we arrive at your site, if we have no access or need to wait on someone, that time is charge at these rates. If we need to answer a support phone call during our visit this time will be deducted from the overall time spent on-site.
Call out fees do not include any parts or accessories, these will be charged for along with any additional work.
