All robot lawn mowers must be registered for warranty by you as per manufacturers requirements.

Product warranty is carried out in accordance with Manufactures term and conditions. Warranty repairs must be carried out by manufactures representative at our warranty centre.  Customer is responsible for adequately packing and shipping costs to warranty centre, mower will be returned by centre in packaging received, Centre does not accept responsibility for any damaged items in transit, to or from centre.

Items to be sent for warranty testing:

Robot lawn mower inc. Base station and power supply. All of the listed items must be sent irrelevant of issue.

Warranty Centre will aim to return mower within 4-5 days for general repairs, occasionally additional operational testing may be required.

AutoLawns will not accept responsibility for any product related issues not covered by manufactures warranty. Site visits, shipping and damaged items are not covered. Site related issues are customers responsibility. We are happy to advise you on any requirements or queries.
