Description
Call out fee is for anywhere with in Northern Ireland and includes the first 60 minutes of labour on site.
Additional time on site is charged at rates on website (click here to see rates) and will be due on completion of work.
Call out fee does not include any parts or accessories, these will be charged for along with any additional work.
We aim to get this call out completed within 2 weeks of booking via website. We must have access to site at all times as engineer may arrive unannounced. Call outs are completed as efficiently as possible when we are in general area and have enough time. If you need a time a date please choose our Rapid Repair Service, we aim to complete these obs with in 72 hours (if parts need to be ordered response time will be affected).
