Have your robot lawnmower winter serviced on a rolling monthly plan including additional services listed below. Please see our terms and conditions page for additional details, by signing up you acknowledge that you have read our terms and conditions.
Yearly White glove collection and return
We will collect and return your robot in person where possible and check for any apparent issues on site. If you are isolated from our main collection routes we may arrange a courier collection and return
Yearly overhaul strip down
We will strip the robot down and check for any wear and tear or signs of damage or failures.
Yearly Deep clean
Robot will receive a deep clean inside and out.
Yearly Charging and battery test
Robot will receive a full charge and testing of the battery via any manufacturer diagnostic tools
Yearly Gears and bearings check
Wheel and blade motor will be checked, stripped down and gears lubricated and brushes checked and replaced were possible and required.
Yearly Safety sensor test
Safety features are an important part of your robot, we will individually test each sensor functionality and replace sensors where necessary.
Yearly Software update
Manufacturers continuously look to improve their machines by bringing out new software, in doing so they can help improve the performance and user settings. We will load the most up to date software on to your robot.
Yearly Lawn operation test
Robots will receive a lawn test here at our workshop and were possible at your site help identify any site issues.
Yearly Diagnostics and repair Labour
If we identify an issue or you make us aware of issues we will diagnose the issue and repair. Parts will be charged were applicable.
If your robot breaks down and is no longer in operation we will provide services to resolve the issue free of charge, provided issue is not related to general maintenance or simple troubleshooting. Parts are not included in this cover unless under manufacturers warranty.
Cable break cover
Accidental cable breaks are covered in this plan, however were cable has been damaged through site adjustments, groundworks or repetitive lack of care, standard call out fees will apply. (Cable break cover applies to professional installations carried out by Autolawns)
7 day fix promise
Should your robot mower break down we will have your robot fixed with-in 7 days of it arriving a our workshop, or we will provide you with a courtesy mower.
Courtesy mower after 7 days
If we are unable to meet the turn around time of 7 days we will provide you with a courtesy mower with similar capacities.
During our winter servicing period we will store your robot at our secure workshop, robots will be collected and returned as part of a route with several other robots so we can not guarantee specific dates. Robot is insured for its current value.
Blades for the year
We will supply you with blades for the year up to the value of £30, you are required to change these as per manufacturers instructions.
All parts supplied separately and charged according.
